Pastor
Jason Clark
Jason Clark has been pastor of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church since December 2020. Born and raised in East Texas, Jason was very familiar with church, as his father and both grand-fathers were pastors as well. He met his wife Angie, who also lived in Henderson, in July of 1997 and they married August 8, 1998. They have five children: Lilia, Caleb, Micah, Andrew, and Arianna. After graduating Kilgore College with a degree in Electronics and Computer Networking, they moved to Corsicana where Jason eventually surrendered to the call to preach in 2003. He packed up his young family and moved back to Henderson to attend Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary, where he would eventually get his Master’s degree in Theology. While in his second year, He felt the call to do mission work in France. After a short term trip confirmed this call, he began deputation. After graduating in 2007, they finished raising support and moved to France, December 26, 2007. They served in France for over 10 years, returning to Texas in August of 2018. Outside of church Jason and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, playing sports, and laughing together.
